Shortly after our move to the island, we purchased an investment property which we later sold through NI Real Estate.  

While we owned the property, we assigned rental management to NI Real Estate.  Sharon Menzies in particular, was excellent in finding suitable tenants.  Her no nonsense, but friendly approach ensured that rental payments were received on time and that the premises were kept in good order.  This made it easier to eventually sell the property.
